Executive Assistant
London | £50,000–£65,000 | 4 days in office | Temp-to-perm opportunity
Working hours: 7:30am–5:00pm
We are supporting a highly regarded global investment firm with the hire of an Executive Assistant to support Portfolio Managers and Research teams within a collaborative and fast-moving environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an EA who enjoys becoming a trusted member of the team, building strong relationships and providing seamless support within a high-performing investment environment.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities whilst operating with professionalism, discretion and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary management and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Extensive international and domestic travel arrangements
- Expense management and administrative support
- Supporting Portfolio Managers and Research Analysts with day-to-day coordination
- Managing meeting logistics, scheduling and conference room bookings
- Acting as a key point of contact internally and externally
- Assisting with wider team projects and operational support as required
- Identifying ways to improve processes and support the smooth running of the team
They are looking for someone who:
- Has previous Executive Assistant experience within investment, financial services or another fast-paced corporate environment
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Is proactive, adaptable and confident working independently
- Has strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Enjoys working closely with senior professionals and becoming embedded within a team
- Is proficient across Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word
