About You

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, lead generation, or B2B sales
  • Previous experience within telecoms, technology, or a related sector would be advantageous
  • Confident communicator with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to generate new business opportunities independently
  • Commercially driven and target-focused
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage an active sales pipeline
  • Full clean driving licence

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across SME and enterprise markets
  • Engage with prospective clients to introduce hosted telephony solutions and understand business needs
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings
  • Support the preparation of tailored proposals and sales presentations
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and solutions
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and proactively manage your sales pipeline to achieve targets
