The Role
Youll join a dynamic and collaborative corporate team working on a broad range of matters including:
Mergers & acquisitions (domestic and cross-border)
Private equity and venture capital deals
Corporate restructures and reorganisations
Joint ventures, shareholder agreements, and general corporate advisory
The team is involved in some of the most significant transactions in the Northern Irish market, offering exposure to complex, high-profile work from day one.
About You
3+ years PQE with strong experience in corporate law
Solid transactional experience, particularly in M&A
A commercial mindset and keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
A proactive, team-oriented approach
