This includes washing, dusting, polishing, vacuum cleaning, and sweeping as appropriate. Taking responsibility for the health and safety of yourself and others, adhering to organisations policies and procedures and having an awareness of safeguarding children. Understanding the importance of the nursery environment, resources, safety, and hygiene and adhering to COSSH datasheets for cleaning materials. Store all cleaning materials and supplies in line with health and safety guidelines. Work in partnership with the Nursery Manager to ensure the timely ordering of any cleaning equipment or supplies. There will also be other cleaning duties to be undertaken when required as directed by the Nursery Manager. As Nursery Cleaner, you will need: Previous cleaning experience – essential Fluent in written and spoken English – essential.
