Youll take ownership of the full recruitment process while building your own network across the Accountancy & Finance market.

What youll be doing:
- Generating new business and bringing on new clients
- Sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the hiring journey
- Matching candidates to roles and coordinating interview stages
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing negotiations and securing successful placements
- Working towards and exceeding individual revenue targets

Earning potential (based on current team performance):
- Year 1: £40k£50k
- Year 2: £50k£60k
- Year 3: £60k£80k+
