Steel Erector

We are seeking an experienced Steel Erector with SSSTS & Supervisor experience to join a skilled site crew working on structural steelwork projects. This is a hands-on role with a strong pipeline of consistent site work. Start Date: ASAP Location: Magherafelt Rate: £20 an hour PAYE Hours: 40 hours per week Overtime opportunities depending on programme requirements Contract: Permanent Duties: Safely erect structural steel including beams, columns, bracing, and frameworks in line with drawings and method statements. Work confidently at height using harnesses, MEWPs, and access systems. Read and interpret GA and fabrication drawings to ensure correct installation and alignment. Assist with lifting operations and communicate clearly with crane operators and supervisors. Follow all health & safety procedures and maintain high standards of workmanship. Requirements: Valid CSR / Steel Erector card (essential). IPAF tickets (essential). Proven experience in structural steel erection and a strong understanding of working at height. Slinger/Signaller / Telehandler (A40) ticket (preferred). Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team.
