Service Transition Analyst – Data Loss Prevention

We are seeking a Service Transition Analyst to support the smooth transition of our new Data Loss Prevention (DLP) capability from project delivery into full BAU operations. You’ll ensure processes, documentation, governance, and operational readiness are fully established so DLP becomes a stable, repeatable, and well‑embedded service.
This role sits at the centre of delivery and operations, working across Security, SOC, IT, Service Desk, and external partners.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and coordinate the transition of DLP into BAU across people, process, and technology
- Develop and maintain operational processes, runbooks, and documentation
- Ensure SOC, IT, and Service teams are fully onboarded, trained, and ready
- Act as the bridge between delivery teams, partners, and BAU owners
- Support governance, reporting, readiness criteria, and risk tracking
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce operational friction and enhance service quality
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in service transition or service management within technology programmes
- Strong understanding of ITIL and transition‑to‑BAU processes
- Experience working across project delivery and operational teams
- Excellent documentation, process design, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non‑technical groups
