Commercial Litigation Solicitor (2+PQE)

A renowned specialist litigation practice is seeking Commercial Litigators, at all levels from 2PQE, to join its growing disputes team.
This firm is recognised for handling complex, high-value and often high-profile litigation which spans commercial disputes, public law and judicial review matters, with cases frequently involving substantial legal and factual complexity.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional with strong academic credentials and experience in complex High Court litigation to work on challenging and high-profile matters, including judicial review proceedings.
The Role
The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting the preparation and conduct of High Court litigation from inception through to trial. Working closely with senior lawyers and partners, responsibilities will include:
- Managing and progressing a varied litigation caseload
- Assisting with the preparation of High Court and judicial review proceedings
- Conducting detailed legal research and analysis
- Drafting pleadings, applications, witness statements, opinions and other legal documents
- Interviewing witnesses and preparing evidential material
- Supporting case strategy and trial preparation
Candidate Profile
Applicants should demonstrate:
- A minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience
- Excellent academic achievement, including a First-Class LLB degree (or equivalent) from a leading university
- Strong working knowledge of High Court procedure and litigation practice
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing consistently high-quality work
