Entry-level Recruitment Consultant – US Edge AI & Machine Learning

Our largest division, 5V Tech, supports clients across AI & Machine Learning, Smart Devices, Edge Computing, Semiconductors, and Embedded Systems.
We’re now hiring an entry-level 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol team and build within the US, Perm, Edge AI and Machine Learning market.
This is a high-growth space covering companies developing intelligent devices, AI accelerators, embedded ML systems, computer vision platforms, audio AI products, robotics, autonomous technologies, and edge computing infrastructure.
You’ll own a specialist recruitment desk focused on the US market, including:
- Winning new business and building long-term client relationships
- Recruiting for permanent roles across Edge AI, Machine Learning, Embedded Software, Computer Vision, Audio AI, Firmware, Compilers, SDKs, Hardware, and Systems Engineering
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process from client development through to placement
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality technical candidates in niche engineering markets
- Building market knowledge and creating compelling outreach, adverts, and candidate/client messaging
- Attending global industry events
- Working with our sister brand, 5V Media, to build compelling campaigns and media initiatives in your market
You’ll suit this role if you are:

- Resilient, competitive, and able to handle rejection

- Research-driven, with exposure to modern AI tools
- A strong communicator with a professional, relationship-led approach
