The Opportunity
We are hiring a Senior Workfront Consultant to act as a technical lead and strategic advisor, specialising in Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and Workfront Planning.
You will work closely with clients to:
- Translate strategic planning into prioritised execution
- Lead Workfront implementations and optimisation
- Drive automation and integration across enterprise systems
This role requires weekly onsite presence in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Workfront Planning setup, roadmaps, and prioritisation frameworks
- Facilitate planning sessions and translate strategy into delivery-ready work
- Configure Workfront (dashboards, workflows, templates, reporting)
- Build and maintain Workfront Fusion integrations
- Act as technical lead, providing architecture guidance and mentoring
- Engage senior stakeholders and support decision-making
- Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
Essential
- 4–7 years’ experience with Adobe Workfront
- Adobe Workfront certification/s
- Strong expertise in:
- Workfront Planning
- Workfront Core configuration
- Workfront Fusion integrations
- Experience with prioritisation frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, etc.)
- Proven client-facing consulting experience
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with weekly onsite client engagement
Eligibility (Strict Requirements)
- Must be based in the United Kingdom
- Must have full right to work in the UK
- Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this role
- Must be able to travel to London weekly
Nice to Have
- Experience with Jira, Salesforce, or other enterprise tools
- Agile / Scrum experience
- Background in marketing technology or CX platforms
