The Opportunity 

We are hiring a Senior Workfront Consultant to act as a technical lead and strategic advisor, specialising in Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, and Workfront Planning. 

You will work closely with clients to: 

  • Translate strategic planning into prioritised execution 
  • Lead Workfront implementations and optimisation 
  • Drive automation and integration across enterprise systems 

This role requires weekly onsite presence in London. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Lead Workfront Planning setup, roadmaps, and prioritisation frameworks 
  • Facilitate planning sessions and translate strategy into delivery-ready work 
  • Configure Workfront (dashboards, workflows, templates, reporting) 
  • Build and maintain Workfront Fusion integrations 
  • Act as technical lead, providing architecture guidance and mentoring 
  • Engage senior stakeholders and support decision-making 
  • Identify and implement process improvements 

 

Requirements 

Essential 

  • 4–7 years’ experience with Adobe Workfront 
  • Adobe Workfront certification/s 
  • Strong expertise in:  
  • Workfront Planning 
  • Workfront Core configuration 
  • Workfront Fusion integrations 
  • Experience with prioritisation frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, etc.) 
  • Proven client-facing consulting experience 
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills 
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with weekly onsite client engagement 

 

Eligibility (Strict Requirements) 

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom 
  • Must have full right to work in the UK 
  • Visa sponsorship is NOT available for this role 
  • Must be able to travel to London weekly 

 

Nice to Have 

  • Experience with Jira, Salesforce, or other enterprise tools 
  • Agile / Scrum experience 
  • Background in marketing technology or CX platforms
