Opportunity for a Senior/Associate level Architect with a background within the Healthcare and Science sectors to join a growing, London based Multi-disciplinary practice. My client is a 70 strong practice with a growing healthcare team (currently 15 people) working on acute, primary and mental healthcare projects ranging from £1m to £25m.
Coming into the practice as an Associate, you will have at least 5 years PQE (ARB or RIBA registered) and a proven background in the relevant sectors. Reporting directly to the Directors you will be responsible for running multiple projects working with clients from initial briefing and able to oversee projects through construction to handover. Knowledge of health building notes, health technical memoranda and building regulations is essential.
