AI Innovation Engineer / AI Solutions Engineer

Role Summary:

We are looking for an AI Innovation Engineer who can rapidly evaluate emerging AI technologies, identify the best-fit solution for business challenges, and build working Proof of Concepts (POCs) within weeks.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching new AI tools, experimenting with LLMs and AI frameworks, validating ideas quickly, and helping the organization adopt AI with confidence.

The individual will act as a bridge between business teams and engineering teams, translating business problems into practical AI solutions.

• Loves exploring and experimenting with new AI technologies.
• Can quickly learn unfamiliar tools and frameworks.
• Has a strong prototyping mindset.
• Can independently build and demonstrate working solutions.

• Can move from idea → prototype → recommendation within weeks.
• Balances innovation with enterprise practicality.

Technical Skills:

• AI & Generative AI :
• OpenAI, Claude, Gemini
• Agentic AI frameworks
• LangChain , CrewAI ,AutoGen
• Programming
• Python, API integration

Preferred Experience

• 4–10 years of software engineering or solution architecture experience.
• 1–3 years of hands-on Generative AI experience.
• Experience delivering AI POCs and innovation initiatives.
• Exposure to AI governance and enterprise AI adoption.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
