About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join a busy and growing property team. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of commercial property matters while building and maintaining strong client relationships. This role would suit an ambitious solicitor looking to take on high-quality work within a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
  • Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
  • Advising on commercial leases for both landlords and tenants
  • Dealing with lease assignments and surrenders
  • Supporting clients with SIPP purchases and leaseback arrangements
  • Advising on option agreements and development matters
  • Assisting with residential lease extensions and collective enfranchisement matters
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting business development and networking activity
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to support team objectives and targets

Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor status with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive and commercially minded approach
  • Strong organisational and case management abilities
  • An interest in business development and client relationship management
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
