We’re working closely with a luxury stonework specialist in London who are looking to bring in a Contracts Manager as they continue to grow.
These guys operate right at the top end of the market – and the work reflects that.
We’re talking:
• Hand-selected marble going into some of the best bathrooms you’ll ever see
• Huge granite installations transforming external spaces at some of London’s most prestigious hotels
• Bespoke, hand-carved stone features in super prime homes
• And high end restaurant fit out’s thrown in for good measure
Projects typically range from £1m-£7m per package, and you’d be overseeing 3 at a time – so it’s a role that needs someone organised, commercially sharp, and fully on top of their numbers.
But just as important is attitude.
They want someone who’s driven, wants to grow, and takes real pride in what they deliver – without the ego that can sometimes come with this level of work.
This is a business built on long-standing relationships and reputation. They’re already well-established, but there’s still plenty of room to grow – and you’ll grow with them.
What they’re looking for:
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage margins
• Solid understanding of contracts (JCT experience ideal)
• High attention to detail – this isn’t standard construction
• Someone proactive, grounded, and easy to work with
Salary up to £90k + bonuses
