Key responsibilities:
• Support the Store Manager in daily operations
• Drive sales performance and deliver exceptional client experience
• Lead and motivate the team on the shop floor
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure brand standards and visual merchandising are maintained

• Previous experience in luxury/premium retail management
• Strong sales and clientelling skills
• Commercially driven with a hands-on approach
• Passion for menswear and premium fashion
