About the Role
Oversight of Project Delivery & Execution
Supervise the full lifecycle of project delivery, ensuring safe installation, smooth commissioning, and execution that respects both schedule and cost targets.
Confirm that every project fulfills all contractual commitments and internal quality benchmarks.
Maintain complete visibility into project performance, systematically identifying and removing risks or obstacles as they arise.
Ensure that reporting to senior management is consistent, accurate, and delivered in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as the executive-level contact for major clients, managing relationships and resolving escalated concerns.
- Develop and maintain robust partnerships with customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
- Support business development efforts, including client conversations, value proposition positioning, and bid or tender submissions.
Solution Strategy & Business Integration
- Design and implement delivery and service solutions that respond effectively to European market conditions.
- Provide pre-sales and commercial teams with market insights, customer requirements analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Work with the CTO and product units to shape solution design, ensuring offerings meet both market demands and customer expectations.
Team Building & Organizational Strengthening
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing group of project managers and delivery/service specialists.
- Foster accountability, performance focus, and ongoing improvement across all team members.
- Cultivate a team culture based on ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and execution excellence.
- Collaborate closely with sales, commercial, product, manufacturing, and operations departments to ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
- Guarantee that delivery capabilities are fully aligned with the commercial strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, project management, or a closely related subject.
- Minimum of ten years of experience as a Project Director on large-scale infrastructure or energy projects, including the formulation of O&M strategic plans to support pre-sales activities and project handover.
- Prior experience as a Project Manager in charge of complex, large-scale projects.
- Mandatory experience in wind energy or battery energy storage systems (BESS).
- Proven track record in handling multiple projects or portfolios and leading teams of project managers.

- Demonstrated ability to set a clear direction, define priorities, and make impactful decisions under conditions of uncertainty.
- Deep understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and resource distribution.

- Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication capabilities.
