What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a varied portfolio of industrial, office, retail and mixed‑use assets
• Carry out regular site inspections and build strong tenant relationships
• Liaise with landlords, tenants, contractors, solicitors and accountants
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Bring structure, organisation and a steady hand to a busy, personable environment

Who You Are

• An experienced Commercial Property Manager (MRICS not essential – capability and attitude matter most)
• Professional, organised and proactive in your approach
• Confident managing a hands‑on portfolio
• Someone who enjoys building relationships and taking responsibility

• £45,000 – £60,000 salary, depending on experience
