- Proven consulting experience within a recognised consultancy or systems integrator
- Deep SAP FI/CO expertise, including hands‑on S/4HANA project delivery
- Strong understanding of financial processes, integration points, and best‑practice design
- Ability to work in complex, fast‑moving client environments
- British passport (required for client travel and project mobility)
- Willingness and ability to travel across the UK and EU as needed
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills
