Nursery Room Leader / Manager
£32,000 – £35,000 salary (dependent on location)
Earls Court, West London (SW5)
Full-Time / 40 hours / 4 or 5 day contracts available
We are looking for an experienced Nursery Room Leaders to join one of the most recognisable and successful organisations in the childcare and early years sector, who operate over 40 nurseries across London.
ALL of their nurseries are Ofsted rated Outstanding or Good under the old framework and this nursery received a ‘Strong Standard’ in multiple areas under the new Ofsted framework. The group differ to a lot of Nursery providers by having a truly unique purpose to have a positive social impact in their communities through their provisions across London.

You will need:
- A full and relevant level 3 (or above) childcare qualification
- Experience managing or leading in an Early Years/Nursery environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS Framework
- Proven experience and evidence of improving performance
- The ability to build strong, nurturing relationships with parents and children
- A passion for childcare and child development
