We are looking for a highly creative Senior Designer with strong conceptual thinking and integrated campaign experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an ambitious designer ready to take the next step towards a Design Director position, combining hands-on creative excellence with strategic thinking, team leadership and client-facing responsibilities.
You will play a key role in developing bold, insight-driven B2B campaigns across digital, brand, content, social and experiential marketing channels. Working closely with strategists, writers, account teams and production specialists, you will help shape creative ideas from concept through to execution.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional visual communicator with a strong portfolio of conceptual campaign work, a deep understanding of B2B audiences and a passion for creating work that delivers commercial impact.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the creative development of integrated B2B campaigns across multiple channels and formats.
- Generate strong conceptual ideas that translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions.
- Develop campaign identities, visual systems and design approaches that work across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with strategy, content, account and production teams from briefing through to delivery.
- Present and articulate creative ideas confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior and midweight designers, helping elevate creative standards across the team.
- Contribute to creative direction and help shape the overall visual quality of campaigns and brand work.
- Balance conceptual thinking with hands-on design execution across a wide range of deliverables.
- Ensure creative work is delivered to a high standard, on time and within budget.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging design approaches and B2B marketing innovation.
- Support new business pitches and creative workshops where required.
- Contribute to the evolution of creative processes and team culture as part of a future leadership pathway.
Skills and experience
Essential
- Experience in a senior design role within an agency or integrated marketing environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual campaign thinking and high-quality design execution.
- Experience developing integrated B2B campaigns across digital, social, content and brand channels.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, visual storytelling and brand systems.
- Ability to translate strategic and commercial objectives into creative ideas.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including strategy, copywriting and production.
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design tools.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable
- Experience mentoring or managing junior creatives.
- Exposure to motion, animation or digital experience design.
- Understanding of campaign performance metrics and audience engagement.
- Experience participating in pitches and client workshops.
- Interest in creative leadership and team development.
