Senior Business Analyst – Senior Consultant (London)

Following several significant client wins across utilities, telecoms and life sciences, a leading global transformation consultancy is hiring Senior Business Analysts (Senior Consultant level) to join their London practice.

This is ideal for consultants with 5+ years’ experience who want to step into larger, more complex programmes and take on greater ownership of analysis, stakeholder engagement and delivery.

What you’ll do

• Lead AS‑IS / TO‑BE process analysis and produce high‑quality process models
• Own requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops and structured analysis
• Produce functional specs, user stories, process flows and solution documentation
• Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, risks and optimisation opportunities
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops between business and technical teams
• Develop business cases and support strategic decision‑making
• Support UAT, change management and delivery governance
• Maintain documentation including requirements traceability matrices

What they’re looking for

• 5+ years in Business Analysis within a consulting environment
• Experience delivering BA work across the full project lifecycle
• Strong exposure to technology‑enabled transformation
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop leadership
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
• Understanding of Agile, SDLC and modern delivery practices
• Professional BA certifications (CBAP/BCS) advantageous
• Eligible for SC clearance is a strong plus
