SEO Manager

Luxury Fashion Client

Manchester (Hybrid)

£40,000–£50,000 + Benefits

We’re working with a leading digital agency that has a long-standing partnership with a globally recognised luxury fashion brand. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for an SEO Manager to take ownership of the organic search strategy for this flagship account.

Unlike a traditional agency role, you’ll be dedicated to a single luxury client, allowing you to develop deep sector expertise and play a key role in shaping long-term organic growth strategies.

The Role

As SEO Manager, you’ll lead the planning and execution of SEO activity across technical, content, and on-site optimisation. Working closely with client stakeholders, developers, content teams, and digital specialists, you’ll help drive organic visibility, traffic, and revenue for one of the agency’s most prestigious accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the SEO strategy and roadmap for a leading luxury fashion brand.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and oversee implementation of recommendations.
  • Lead keyword research, content optimisation, and organic growth initiatives.
  • Analyse organic performance and identify opportunities to improve rankings and traffic.
  • Collaborate with content, UX, development, and digital PR teams.
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and act as a trusted SEO expert.
  • Deliver regular performance reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay ahead of industry developments, algorithm updates, and emerging search trends.

Requirements

2+ years’ SEO experience within an agency or ecommerce environment

  • Strong technical SEO knowledge and experience managing large websites.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4.
  • Experience delivering SEO strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively.

Desirable

  • Experience working with luxury, premium, fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
  • Knowledge of international SEO.
  • Understanding of Digital PR and content-led SEO strategies.
  • Experience with Shopify, Magento, or enterprise-level ecommerce platforms.

What’s on Offer

  • £40,000–£50,000 salary depending on experience.
  • Hybrid working model based in Manchester.
  • Opportunity to work exclusively on a globally recognised luxury fashion brand.
  • Greater strategic ownership than a traditional agency role.
  • Clear progression opportunities within a growing agency.
  • Supportive culture with ongoing training and development.
