Head of Estimating
London | Interior Fit Out & Refurbishment
£120,000 – £150,000 + Bonus + Package
We’re working with a rapidly growing London fit out and refurbishment contractor that is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Estimating to lead and develop their pre-construction function.
With an increasing pipeline of complex, high-value projects across commercial offices, laboratories, retail and medical sectors, this is a key leadership hire for the business.
You’ll work directly alongside the Pre-Construction Director, overseeing an existing estimating team while helping shape strategy, processes and future growth.
The Role
- Lead and mentor a team of Estimators
- Take ownership of the estimating function across Fit Out & Refurb projects
- Work on projects ranging from £500k – £12m
- Manage complex D&B tenders and negotiated opportunities
- Liaise closely with clients, supply chain and internal delivery teams
- Support business growth through high-quality bid and cost management
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience within the London Fit Out & Refurbishment market
- Strong background in commercial interiors and D&B projects
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring estimators
- Ability to manage multiple tenders in a fast-paced environment
- Commercially sharp with excellent client-facing skills
