Delivery Manager – HALO ITSM Experience

AgileSource are urgently seeking a Delivery Manager who has worked on previous HALO ITSM projects, This is a high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for driving delivery, managing stakeholders, and ensuring the successful rollout of a complex Halo environment.

Contract – Outside IR35 – £500 – £575 P/D

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Halo implementation
• Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies across the programme
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party stakeholders
• Ensure delivery is aligned with business objectives and technical requirements
• Provide clear reporting and governance at senior stakeholder level

Key Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Halo (HaloITSM / HaloPSA) implementations
• Experience managing large-scale / enterprise-level deployments
• Strong Delivery Manager / Programme Delivery background
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Desirable

• Experience working in complex ITSM or service transformation programmes
• Familiarity with Agile / hybrid delivery methodologies
