Are you a proven Recruitment Consultant who knows how to win clients, generate candidates and build a profitable temp desk in the warehousing and logistics sector?
Pertemps is looking for an ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Manchester team, focusing on driving, warehousing and logistics recruitment across the local market. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys business development, client relationships and candidate attraction in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
You will manage the full recruitment cycle, including identifying and winning new business, developing existing client relationships, sourcing and registering candidates, filling temporary bookings, managing compliance and delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates. You’ll have experience in recruitment, with strong knowledge of driving, industrial, warehousing or logistics markets. Experience placing HGV, LGV, van drivers, warehouse operatives or logistics staff would be a strong advantage. You’ll need to be confident on the phone, commercially minded, organised and comfortable working to targets.
