We’re recruiting for a Development Technologist / Product Developer opportunity with a fast-growing food manufacturing business — an ideal role for a recent Food Science, Food Innovation, Nutrition or related graduate eager to build a career in NPD.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across the full product development lifecycle, working within a collaborative team on innovative food products from concept through to launch.
The Opportunity:
- Support the development of new and innovative food products
- Work alongside experienced NPD professionals on customer-led projects
- Create product samples and support product submissions
- Collaborate with technical, commercial, procurement and operations teams
- Support factory trials, launches and continuous product improvement
- Stay ahead of food trends, innovation and industry developments
We’re looking for:
- A degree in Food Science, Food Innovation, Nutrition or a related subject
- A genuine passion for food, trends and product development
- Strong organisation, communication and teamwork skills
- A proactive, curious mindset and willingness to learn
- Someone excited by working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
