Job Description:

Clinical Product Specialist Opportunity | Healthcare Technology | Manchester / North West | Hybrid | Full Time or Flexible working pattern can be discussed

KG MedTech Recruitment Specialists are supporting a growing healthcare technology business as they look to add a clinically credible product specialist to their UK team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has built strong experience in decontamination, sterile services, endoscopy or theatre/perioperative care, and is now looking to use that knowledge in a more product focused, customer facing role.

This is not a straightforward sales role.

The role sits between clinical practice, product, customer success and commercial teams, helping healthcare providers improve workflows, compliance, adoption and day to day operational performance.

What you’ll be doing

  • Speaking with NHS and private healthcare stakeholders as the clinical voice in the room
  • Supporting conversations around clinical workflows, customer challenges and product fit
  • Helping map customer processes across decontamination, endoscopy or theatre environments
  • Supporting product demonstrations and customer onboarding
  • Acting as a trusted clinical partner during implementation and adoption
  • Feeding real clinical insight back into product, commercial and customer success teams

What matters

  • Strong clinical or operational experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Decontamination / Sterile Services / HSDU / CSSD
  • Endoscopy
  • Theatre / Perioperative care
  • Ability to speak credibly with clinical leads, managers and senior healthcare stakeholders
  • Good understanding of hospital workflows, compliance and operational pressures
  • Comfortable working in a customer facing role
  • Strong communication skills and able to explain clinical challenges clearly to both clinical and non-clinical audiences
  • Ideally based within a commutable distance to Manchester

Experience with digital healthcare solutions, clinical systems, NHS procurement, HTMs, JAG, CQC, ISO or related compliance frameworks would be useful, but the main priority is genuine clinical credibility and the ability to work well with customers.

Package

£50,000 to £60,000 salary
