THE FIRM A long established City firm THE ROLE For an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented residential property paralegal to join a busy team This is excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to develop their career within a supportive and fast-paced conveyancing environment, working alongside experienced fee earners on a varied caseload. Assisting with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions Preparing and reviewing legal documents Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents, and other third parties Assisting in the progress of property files from initial instruction through to post-completion Supporting fee earners to ensure transactions progress efficiently and deadlines are met THE CANDIDATE Minimum of 1 year’s experience in residential property / conveyancing Good understanding of the residential sale and purchase process Experience in completion and submission of required protocol forms Good understanding of AML requirements and compliance procedures Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exposure to acting for companies would be advantageous Lipson Lloyd Jones Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15…
