Sounds great, what will I be doing?

The main purpose of this role is to be a peoplecentred professional who can quickly build rapport and communicate effectively with clients in distress. You will stay calm during sensitive conversations, using strong crisismanagement and deescalation skills to support individuals through challenging moments. You will lead engaging activities, work compassionately with vulnerable people and ideally bring experience in mentalhealth or autismrelated settings. You will apply safeguarding knowledge confidently, stay organised, balance support with administration, maintain accurate case notes and contribute positively within a team. You will uphold an inclusive, nonjudgmental approach that respects diversity and promotes equality.
