Executive Director, People & Resources (Section 95)

Living & Working in Shetland is seeking a Depute Chief Executive / Director – People & Resources to lead a diverse range of services including Finance and Human Resources. This permanent full-time role (37 hours/week) offers a salary of £130K plus relocation allowance.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, represent the Council externally, and foster a collaborative work environment. Relocation package and flexible arrangements are available.
