We are looking for a highly professional, motivated and progressive individual with a clear focus on providing high standard private and NHS orthodontic treatment within an established flagship orthodontic specialist practice. The position offers an NHS caseload of up to 2000-4000 UOAs with excellent potential to build a significant private patient list.

- Ability to work alongside manager and admin staff and encourage and support team development
- Work closely with the principal to develop and support practice growth plans
- Represent the practice ethos, values and culture and maintain professionalism and reputation
- Forward thinking approach with a vision to grow and commitment to continued development
- Ensure compliance with General Dental Council guidance, CQC and HTM 01-05 requirements
