Interim CRO – Retail Banking Risk Leader (3-6m)

Morson Edge (Financial Services) is seeking a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to join a challenger bank for an initial 3-6 month period. This role will focus on enhancing risk management controls while managing interactions with regulators. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail banking and lending, specifically in non-financial risk management (NFRM) as well as SMF/CRO experience.

The position is based in London and may require 2-3 days in the office. Candidates should be available to start imminently, and the role can be on a fixed term or day rate basis.
