We are recruiting for a Senior Manager of Group Tax Reporting & Compliance based in London.

About the role
Ownership of Tax Reporting: Lead all aspects of consolidated IFRS tax accounting and reporting for a complex group.
Stakeholder & Auditor Management: Serve as the primary contact for external auditors and present half-year and annual results to senior management.
Risk & Forecasting: Lead the assessment and communication of corporate tax risks, incorporate tax reserves, and collaborate with FP&A to forecast cash tax and the Effective Tax Rate (ETR).
Strategic Advisory: Provide essential tax accounting advice related to M&A and corporate restructuring.
Systems & Process Optimization: Manage and optimize tax provision technology and maintain the internal risk management control framework.
About you
ACA qualified with a strong background in tax accounting and consolidated reporting
You might be a Manager stepping up, or an established Senior Manager
The Package
Salary is £100,000 – 110,000 (happy to have conversation if your expectations sit above this within a reasonable margin).
Bonus is 20% if you hit personal targets, up to 40% if you exceed.
