The fund currently manages $300m AUM, supports SMAs, and is preparing to launch a co‑mingled vehicle soon. This small business has delivered solid performance and attracts outstanding professionals. The position is a five‑day, office‑based role.
Requirements for the Head of Operations role include a background in equities from a hedge fund (or from traditional asset management or a prime middle office). Candidates must be familiar with Enfusion, have automated tasks using Python, and have built dashboards in PowerBI. Technical Python knowledge is highly advantageous, though the company will sponsor data or AI training if the candidate is interested. A degree is required. Strong project experience—such as onboarding new brokers, selecting prime brokers, launching SMAs, implementing new systems, and managing outsourcing—is essential.
The incumbent will work closely with the investment and senior leadership teams, supporting all aspects of trade and position management. Responsibilities include investigating post‑reconciliation issues (cash, positions, trades and NAVs) with prime brokers and fund administrators, handling corporate actions and income, cash management/funding, controls and processes, internal risk reporting, data management, and leading projects for process improvement. Much of the automation effort has already been completed, with the bulk of trades in cash equities (plus a small number of CFD, equity option and index option trades).
