New College Durham is seeking to appoint a Director of AMTEC (Advanced Manufacturing Technical Excellence College) to lead the future of advanced manufacturing education. The role reports to the Assistant Principal of AMTEC and focuses on operational delivery, growth, and employer‑led technical education in partnership with employers, HE and FE partners.

Qualifications
We are looking for a dynamic leader with experience in operational leadership, programme management and stakeholder engagement within Further Education or Higher Education. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a collaborative approach and a proven ability to translate strategic priorities into impactful operational delivery.
