At KnightFrank we are transforming how we deliver B2C property solutions to enhance customer experiences, optimise operations, and drive growth.

As a Solutions Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing scalable, customer‑centric systems that integrate seamlessly with our digital platforms and third‑party tools ecosystems.

Position Overview

Design and implement scalable, secure, and user‑friendly systems for our B2C service lines, including integration of customer data, analytics, and AI‑driven tools to improve user experience and ensure compliance with data privacy (e.g., GDPR).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture design for B2C systems, including property listing systems, portals, and analytics dashboards.
• Design data pipelines to aggregate customer behaviour, property performance, and third‑party data for actionable insights.
• Design and help build and maintain APIs for seamless integration with external and internal platforms, ensuring real‑time updates and scalability.
• Architect cloud‑based systems using platforms such as Azure, leveraging services, containers, and serverless computing as needed.
• Ensure data privacy, compliance with regulations, and robust security measures for customer data and transactions.
• Propose solutions to enhance user experience, such as AI‑driven recommendations, personalised dashboards, or chatbots for customer support.
• Lead architecture and design of platforms capable of handling large datasets, including geospatial and other metadata.
• Design and implement data storage strategies using specialised databases for efficient storage, retrieval, and querying.
• Maintain the requisite Enterprise Architecture for the B2C domain and create comprehensive technical documentation (e.g., C4 modelling).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect in B2C property tech, real estate, or SaaS environments.
• Expertise in integrating REST APIs, event grids, and messaging systems for data ingestion and processing.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and platforms such as Azure, focusing on cloud‑native design patterns.
• Strong understanding of integrating SaaS products and custom‑built solutions, and working with third‑party partners.
• Ability to design systems for real‑time intelligence linking various data sources to provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams and ability to convey complex technical details to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the property management or real estate industry.
• Familiarity with property systems.
