Solution Architect (SFIA 5)

Requirements

• You will have extensive commercial experience in the many of the following:

,

• Technical & Solution Design

,

• Open Source software

,

• Cloud computing (ideally AWS)

,

• Security best practices

,

• IAM, OAuth, Cognito, OIDC – all advantageous

,

• Containers and Orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

,

• DevOps / DevSecOps and related tools

,

• Knowledge of multiple languages such as Javascript, Java & Python

,

• To be able to work on our customer projects, employees must be Security Cleared to a standard acceptable to our Government customers

What the job involves

• Zaizi is looking for a Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge digital services for the UK Public sector using the latest open source technologies and working under an Agile and DevOps framework

,

• Network and communicate with senior stakeholders across organisations and proactively seek out opportunities for digital transformation

,

• Build rapport with customers to identify new opportunities for Zaizi

,

• Support multiple teams, finding and using best practice and emerging technologies

,

• Inspire other architects and help them understand how to deliver the goals of the organisation

,

• Be responsible for governance, solving complex and high-risk issues or delivering architecture design

,

• Collaborate on multiple projects with several customers

,

• Discuss and present solutions and options to senior stakeholders

,

• Collaborate with other teams within Zaizi, share knowledge and drive continuous improvement
