A leading property business is looking for a commercially driven Head of Digital to lead digital performance across placemaking destinations and services.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands how to turn digital investment into qualified pipeline, commercial growth and measurable revenue. You’ll own the full digital ecosystem across paid media, SEO, AI search optimisation, CRM strategy, analytics and website performance, while leading a high-performing digital function in a fast-paced, creative environment.

The Role

You’ll take full ownership of digital strategy and performance across placemaking destinations, ensuring every channel delivers against clear commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading paid media strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and programmatic channels
  • Managing substantial digital budgets with a strong focus on ROI, attribution and lead generation
  • Driving SEO, AI search optimisation (AEO) and website performance strategy
  • Building scalable digital funnels and always-on lead capture infrastructure
  • Defining CRM and audience development strategy using HubSpot
  • Partnering closely with Sales teams to improve pipeline quality and conversion
  • Developing dashboards, attribution models and performance reporting frameworks

What They’re Looking For

  • Significant experience in a senior digital or performance marketing leadership role
  • Proven track record managing large paid media budgets and delivering measurable commercial results
  • Deep expertise across paid search, paid social and programmatic advertising
  • Strong understanding of SEO, AI-driven search and evolving digital discovery trends
  • Experience shaping CRM strategy and working with HubSpot automation and reporting
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using GA4, Looker Studio or similar tools
  • Experience working across both B2B and B2C customer journeys
  • A background within property, placemaking, hospitality, experiential would be highly advantageous.
