Operational Risk Partner – Customer Services

Ayvens is looking for a Risk Business Partner to join their Customer Services division in Bristol. In this role, you will support the first line of defence against operational risks, developing strong relationships with senior leaders to influence effective risk management strategies.

Your responsibilities include advising on risk frameworks, managing incident processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will also provide training and direction to team members while fostering a positive risk culture within the organization. This position requires an in-office presence four days a week.
