FX Swap Product Director – London, LSEG
Role Profile: Lead the FX Swap product line for LSEG, driving the transition from a legacy market to a fully automated, high‑volume trading platform. Manage revenue from interbank FX swaps, oversee product development programmes, and deliver clear strategy and reporting to senior management.
Responsibilities
- Provide industry‑level leadership and strategic thought about the FX Swap market.
- Drive a team of Product Managers and Sales Specialists to deliver on a strategic growth plan.
- Hold ultimate accountability for the revenue from interbank FX Swaps at LSEG.
- Manage and deliver on product development programmes within a complex ecosystem where client expectations leave little room for error.
- Deliver a logical, understandable strategy to senior management and show strong reporting on its progress.
- Promote and foster collaboration across a broad cross‑section of stakeholders, using clear decision‑making skills to ensure delivery against the agreed strategy.
- Lead, coach, and mentor others within the business, promoting successful practices across the organisation.
