Job Title: Head Housekeeper : Residential Development

Salary: Up to A GBP 40,000

Location: North London

Were looking for an experienced and hands:on Head Housekeeper to lead a high:quality housekeeping operation within a luxury resident:focused environment. Youll oversee daily housekeeping standards, manage rotas and staffing, support the team on the ground, and ensure residents receive a responsive, professional and discreet service at all times.

What Youll Do

• Lead and manage the housekeeping operation day to day
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across all areas
• Manage rotas, cover, stock control, and supplies
• Support and develop the housekeeping team through training and coaching
• Carry out inspections and respond quickly to operational issues
• Coordinate specialist cleaning and high:service resident areas
• Build positive relationships with residents and handle queries professionally
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene, health and safety, and infection control standards

What Youll Bring

• Previous housekeeping leadership experience within hospitality, residential or luxury environments
• Strong organisational and people management skills
• High attention to detail and pride in standards
• Calm, proactive and solutions:focused approach
• Experience managing rotas, stock, and operational priorities
• Excellent communication and resident service skills
• Good understanding of hygiene, COSHH, and health and safety procedures
