Job Overview
Production Management (PM), also known as Technology Production Support, is an organization with approximately 6,000 employees and contract workers. The Business Execution team is responsible for the group’s ongoing planning, administrative and organizational development activities. These include management of the Financial, Headcount, Real Estate and Vendor Management Planning Processes, as well as providing ongoing support to the Production Management Leadership Team.
What you’ll do
- Assist the PM Business Execution Headcount Management Lead in tracking the organization’s headcount, identifying trends, resolving issues, and ensuring accuracy in reporting, onboarding and termination of resources.
- Support the Lead in providing monthly headcount reconciliation and headcount walks to aid in the accuracy of reporting, weekly hiring reviews, and updates on open roles and recruitment status for senior management.
- Partner with business managers to forecast monthly headcount.
- Collaborate with the central finance team to provide ongoing headcount analysis, aiding in expense forecasting, transfer processes, and budgeting.
- Actively identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Complete and submit deliverables in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide in-depth analysis and develop innovative solutions.
- Participate in and support significant operations ad‑hoc projects and Production Management initiatives.
- Assess risk in business decisions, safeguarding the firm’s reputation and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations and policy.
What we’ll need from you
- Experience in financial services, preferably in finance, business execution office, chief of staff or CAO role.
- Advanced Excel expertise with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other formulas.
- Experience with databases and information management.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly self‑motivated with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to manage deliverables within aggressive timeframes and under pressure.
- Knowledge of Citi systems (PTS and R@C) is a plus.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree, university degree or equivalent experience.
