As the Senior PPC Lead, you will own the end-to-end paid media strategy across marketplace channels, primarily Amazon Ads. You will be a high-impact individual contributor responsible for scaling a critical growth engine through sophisticated campaign management, creative testing, and commercial analysis to drive massive global expansion and impact a community of millions.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full-funnel strategy and hands-on execution for Amazon Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display, including sophisticated budget forecasting and bid management.
  • Launch and lead a structured experimentation roadmap, conducting A/B tests on creative assets, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize TACoS and ROAS.
  • Partner with internal Creative and Retail teams to optimize listing quality and brief high-performing video and display assets that drive brand growth.

The ideal candidate

  • Possesses 5+ years of hands-on experience managing significant Amazon Ads budgets ($2M+ annually) at a high-growth consumer brand or top-tier agency.
  • Demonstrates deep technical expertise across the Amazon ecosystem, including Seller Central, Vendor Central, and preferably Amazon DSP for full-funnel activation.
  • Exhibits strong commercial instincts with the ability to connect paid media metrics like share of voice and incrementality directly to P&L performance and profitability.
