Healthcare M&A Senior Associate – Lead Cross-Border Deals

Circle Square is seeking Associates and Senior Associates to join their top-tier Healthcare team in London. This role provides an opportunity to work on a high volume of live mandates in sell-side M&A, with real responsibility and client interaction from day one.

Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years (Associates) or 4-6 years (Senior Associates) of investment banking experience, particularly in the healthcare sector. Strong financial modelling skills and commercial instincts are essential, with a clear path to VP for Senior Associates.
