Role Overview

Lead Veterinary Surgeon at Easipetcare Chatham, responsible for shaping the practice’s future and achieving high clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and direction.
• Champion Quality Improvement and clinical governance.
• Mentor and develop veterinary staff and nurses.
• Collaborate with existing leadership teams to shape the practice’s future.
• Balance clinical work with leadership duties.
• Create a practice culture where staff feel supported, valued, and proud of the care they deliver.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready for a leadership role.
• Confident decision‑maker with strong clinical standards.
• Passionate about Quality Improvement, coaching, and continuous improvement.
