We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Access Associate to join our team. This mid-level role sits at the intersection of research, sales, and institutional clients, facilitating high-quality access between investors and corporate management teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in organising corporate roadshows, investor meetings, and tailored access opportunities that support investment decision-making and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Corporate Access Activity
- Plan and execute across the whole suite of corporate access product offering including non-deal roadshows (NDRs), group trips and bespoke investor meetings.
- Manage corporate access logistics including meeting scheduling, supporting corporate and investor travel arrangements, securing venues, and utilizing virtual meeting platforms.
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a primary liaison between institutional clients, corporate issuers (C-suite/IR teams), equity research analysts, and sales teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Client Engagement
- Work closely with sales teams to identify investor demand and align corporate access opportunities accordingly.
- Ensure a high standard of client service, tailoring access to investor focus areas and strategies.
- Regulatory & Compliance Oversight
- Ensure all corporate access activities adhere to applicable regulatory requirements (e.g. MiFID II, MAR).
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and approvals in line with compliance policies.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency in planning and execution of events.
- Support implementation of new systems or tools to streamline workflows.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 3–6 years’ experience in Corporate Access, Equity Research, Sales, or a related function within financial services
- Strong understanding of capital markets, equities, and the investment process
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks in financial services is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with institutional investors (e.g. hedge funds, asset managers)
- Proficiency in CRM and event management systems
- Knowledge of key sectors or coverage areas is advantageous
