A new opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Immigration Solicitor to join a specialist immigration team advising businesses, HR teams and individuals on a wide range of UK immigration matters.
This is a strong opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or solicitor with post-qualification experience who is looking to specialise in corporate immigration within a modern, growing and highly regarded practice.

This confidential opportunity is with a specialist immigration practice known for providing clear, commercial and practical advice to employers and individuals navigating the UK immigration system. The firm has a strong focus on business immigration, sponsor licence work, compliance and tailored support for clients across a range of sectors.
The role would suit someone who enjoys technical legal work, client contact and working closely with businesses to solve practical immigration challenges.
You will join a busy and expanding corporate immigration team, supporting clients with sponsor licence applications, Skilled Worker matters, compliance issues and ongoing immigration support.
The role will involve:
- Advising corporate clients on UK business immigration matters.
- Supporting employers with sponsor licence applications and management.
- Advising on Skilled Worker visas and other work-based immigration routes.
- Assisting with compliance, right to work issues and Home Office processes.
- Preparing applications, supporting documents and client correspondence.
- Liaising with HR teams, business owners and individual applicants.
- Managing client relationships in a clear, professional and commercially aware manner.
- Keeping up to date with changes in UK immigration law and policy.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a Newly Qualified Solicitor or have post-qualification experience in immigration law.
- Have experience or a strong interest in corporate immigration.
- Be confident dealing with clients and managing detailed application work.
- Have strong drafting, organisation and communication skills.
- Be commercially minded and able to provide practical advice.
- Be keen to develop within a specialist and growing area of law.
