You will own the entire sales cycle, from identifying high-growth prospects to closing reference logos and building the future commercial team.

What You Will Do
- Build and close a pipeline of high-growth startups and scaleups, owning the revenue number for the European market.
- Define the commercial playbook, including ICP identification, messaging, pricing strategy, and outbound/inbound motions.
- Hire and lead the future European sales organization as the market motion proves out and scales.
The ideal candidate
- Former founder or early commercial hire with a proven track record of zero-to-one sales for technical or financial products.
- Deeply credible with finance leads and founders, possessing the ability to translate complex treasury pain into software solutions.
- Entrepreneurial operator who thrives on a blank page and is willing to travel across Europe to win category-defining customers.
