Essential:• Standard Cost engineering background – engineering, construction, economics.• Strong numerical and analytical skills.• Functional background.• Tracking manpower productivity and analysing time booked to projects including resource usage vs. planned, resource constraints, etc. and make any relevant recommendations to the Project Manager.
