Design Director: Lead Major Projects & Design Strategy

SKANSKA is seeking a Design Director to join our Building team in Cambridgeshire. In this role, you will lead design delivery on various construction projects, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in senior leadership roles, particularly with large-scale construction projects, and is familiar with the NEC contract types and CDM regulations.
